In the Anatomy of Yoga training, you will:
- Understand, practice and teach the six steps for creating joint safety
- Learn muscle location and joint actions by crafting muscles in clay
- Practice giving Range of Motion Assessment consultations
- Teach anatomically safe alignment for women and men in more than 24 yoga poses
- Demonstrate the balance of science, safety and spirit in your teaching style

With reverence for the sacredness of the body, this professional-level training illuminates essential principles of organ anatomy by blending experiential learning with practice-oriented knowledge. We’ll explore our inner being through guided imagery, drawing, touch, movement-based activities and molding our organ systems in clay. This training provides an essential foundation for the understanding of the process of health and healing.
